In order to feel our best, we can support our mental health by practicing mindfulness and monitoring our habits. This app will record your daily assessments for mood, sleep and meals. When your assessments fall outside the recommended range, it direct you to our Here2Help page with a multiple array of resources. In addition self care and coping mechanisms are provided to assist in managing your stress.
